- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced

- 2 tbsp olive oil (for marinating)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian herbs
- 4 soft hoagie rolls or baguettes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the bell peppers and onions until tender (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
