  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (sautéed)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, sautéed spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons of the ricotta mixture and place them seam-side up in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and top with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
