Ingredients

  • Granulated sugar
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Unsalted butter, softened
  • Whole milk
  • Cream cheese, room temperature
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease loaf pan.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  5. Alternate dry ingredients and milk, mixing gently.
