  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 12 oz Rigatoni Pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Sage, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and sage for 60 seconds.
  3. Whisk in pumpkin puree and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
