  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heat-treated all-purpose flour (125g)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or your favorite mix-ins (90g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread all-purpose flour on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes to heat-treat it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
