- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell generously with the cheese-spinach mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer on top, then pour remaining marinara sauce over them and sprinkle with reserved mozzarella.
