- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix in eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract.
- Sift together cocoa powder, flour, and a pinch of salt into the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Add dollops of cream cheese mixture on top, followed by the rest of the brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges pull away from sides and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
