  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 12 festive cupcake liners
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together dark chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each liner, coating the bottom and sides evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes until firm.
  5. Fill each cup with caramel sauce, leaving some space at the top.
  6. Top with another spoonful of melted chocolate to seal and smooth out.
  7. Drizzle with extra caramel and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
