Ingredients

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun‑dried tomatoes
  • 5 Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
  2. Whisk eggs, cream, feta, sun‑dried tomatoes, olives, spinach, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  3. Spoon filling onto each wonton wrapper.
  4. Fold half, pinch edges to seal.
  5. Brush sealed edges with olive oil.
  6. Arrange on parchment, drizzle additional oil, dust with paprika, bake 18‑20 minutes.
  7. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
