  • Ground chicken: 1 cup (about 225g)
  • Carrots: 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Cabbage: ½ cup, finely shredded
  • Mushrooms: ½ cup, finely chopped
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro: ¼ cup, chopped
  • Fresh mint: ¼ cup, chopped
  • Dipping sauce (soy sauce + vinegar + chili): to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, cilantro, mint, and soy sauce.
  2. Fill a shallow dish with warm water and dip each rice paper wrapper briefly until pliable.
