  • 2 cups (480ml) chicken broth
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
