- 28 oz can of tomato sauce

- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup water or broth
- Olive oil for sautéing
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent, then add minced garlic.
