- ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
