  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 12 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (to taste)
  • 8 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add ground pork to the skillet. Cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and Sriracha sauce; mix well and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly while washing and drying lettuce leaves.
  5. Spoon the pork mixture into each lettuce leaf and top with sliced green onions.
  6. Serve immediately with extra Sriracha on the side if desired.
