  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • A pinch sea salt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • Optional: ¼ cup crushed pistachios

Instructions

  1. Set a double boiler and melt the white chocolate chips.
  2. Add warm heavy cream and stir until glossy.
  3. Fold in vanilla, powdered sugar, and sea salt until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
