  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare all fruits by washing them thoroughly. Core and chop apples and pears into bite-sized pieces. Peel and segment oranges and grapefruit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the chopped fruits: apples, pears, citrus segments, pomegranate seeds, and berries. Gently toss together.
  3. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds until well combined.
