  • 1/2 cup gochujang
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
