4 medium zucchinis, halved lengthwise
1 lb ground turkey
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Slice zucchinis in half and scoop out the centers to create boats.
Sauté ground turkey in olive oil over medium heat until browned.
Stir in minced garlic and marinara sauce; simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Fill zucchini boats generously with the turkey mixture.
