  • 1 lb Beef Tenderloin, cut into steaks
  • 4 Salmon Fillets (6oz each)
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and paprika to create the marinade.
  2. Coat beef and salmon in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to high heat.
  4. Grill beef steaks for 4-6 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  5. Add salmon to the grill during the last 8 minutes of beef cooking.
  6. Cook salmon for 4 minutes per side until flaky.
  7. Rest beef for 5 minutes before serving.
