Fruity raisins meet fine dark chocolate. The combination of sweet dried fruit and slightly bitter coating creates a special taste experience. Ingredients

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 5 g coconut oil
  • 120 g raisins

Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate together with coconut oil slowly over a hot water bath while stirring.
  2. Add raisins to the liquid chocolate mixture and stir thoroughly so that every raisin is coated with chocolate.
  3. Pick the raisins out of the chocolate in batches with a fork, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off very briefly, and spread them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Separate the raisins from each other with the fork so that they are distributed as individually as possible.
  4. Leave the chocolate covered raisins to set in a cool place.
