A rich, copycat version of the Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Pasta featuring a creamy, savory sauce and al dente fettuccine.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and melted.
  6. Toss in cooked pasta and stir to coat.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
