4 tbsp melted butter
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp sugar (for berries)
Instructions
Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Fold in vanilla and heavy cream.
Pour filling over crust and bake in a water bath at 325F for 60 minutes.
