  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 eggroll wrappers
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet until cooked through.
  2. Stir in cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Mix in shredded cheddar and green onions until melted.
  4. Place a wrapper on a flat surface.
  5. Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling into the center.
  6. Roll and seal the edges using the cornstarch slurry.
  7. Fry in 350°F oil until golden brown.
  8. Drain on a wire rack.
