- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (chopped)
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, warm water, and sugar until dissolved. Gradually stir in the flour to form a soft dough.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl and cover; let rise for 2 hours or until doubled.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and roll into a rectangle (1/2 inch thick). Spread melted butter over it and sprinkle with sugar, cranberries, and orange zest.
- Roll tightly from one edge into a log shape and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place cut-side up in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let rise again for about an hour until puffy. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
