- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, combine black beans, cocoa powder, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in half of the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
