- 1 cup crushed unflavored pork rinds
- 1 cup freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and chop cauliflower into florets, then steam until tender (about 10 minutes).
- Drain excess water from the steamed cauliflower and mash it in a mixing bowl until smooth.
