Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare your equipment: Gather mixing bowls, a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, and a greased pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Bloom the gelatin: In a small bowl, combine gelatin with water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until spongy.
