  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate chicken breasts in half of the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
