  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 servings of fries (about 16 oz)
  • 4 pieces of warm naan

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by dicing the chicken and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown (approximately 5 minutes) and then remove from heat.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in crushed tomatoes and garam masala.
  4. Reduce heat to low and gradually mix in heavy cream, allowing to simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet, ensuring it's coated with sauce. Cook on low for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Prepare fries according to package instructions and warm naan in foil or on a skillet.
  7. Serve chicken drizzled with garlic sauce alongside fries and naan.
