  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Chop bell peppers into bite-sized pieces and separate broccoli florets. Mince garlic and slice green onions.
