- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Drain the canned salmon and place it in a large mixing bowl. Flake with a fork.
- Add breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, chopped onion, diced bell pepper, dill weed, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 2-3 inches wide and half an inch thick.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry each patty for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked patties to paper towels to drain excess oil before serving.
