  • 8 oz Brie cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares that fit your tartlet molds.
  3. Place each pastry square into the molds, pressing gently. Add small pieces of Brie into each cup followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  4. Sprinkle fresh thyme over the top of each tartlet.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Serve warm or at room temperature.
