  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a roasting pan.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, brown sugar, honey, orange juice, butter, and cinnamon. Cook until cranberries burst and sauce thickens; let cool slightly.
  3. Pat the turkey breast dry, then season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the turkey in the roasting pan and pour half of the glaze over it. Reserve the rest for basting.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting every 20 minutes.
  6. Let rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing. Drizzle remaining glaze over slices before serving.
