  • 1 cup shredded provolone or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Place flank steak in a resealable bag and add marinade. Seal and massage into meat; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
