  • 2 lbs boneless turkey breast
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and olive oil until well combined.
  4. Place the seasoned turkey in the baking dish and pour half of the maple glaze over it evenly.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and roast for 25 minutes; then remove the foil, baste with remaining glaze, and roast for another 25-30 minutes until cooked through (165°F).
  6. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing; serve drizzled with remaining glaze.
