  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry Prosecco
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 45 lemons)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry the mixed berries. Slice larger strawberries as needed.
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until dissolved, then add lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. In a pitcher, muddle the sliced berries and mint leaves together. Pour in the lemon syrup and mix gently.
  4. Slowly pour chilled Prosecco into the pitcher over the berry mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Serve over ice in glasses, garnished with additional mint leaves or whole berries.
