Ingredients
- 8 oz thick rice noodles
- 1 cup diced pork belly

- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.

- Combine chili paste, fish sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl; pour over the cooked meat in the pan and stir well.
