- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and measuring out diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
- In the Instant Pot, select the sauté function and heat a splash of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Add the lean ground turkey to the pot, breaking it apart as it cooks for about five minutes until browned.
- Stir in canned diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning; mix well.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for six minutes. Allow natural pressure release for five minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
