  • 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup (15g) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
