2 ripe peaches, diced
2 jalapeño peppers, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Sear chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown; remove to a plate to rest.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and jalapeños for 1 minute.
Stir in diced peaches, honey, and soy sauce; simmer for 5-8 minutes until peaches soften.
