  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
