- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over it. Add dollops of remaining batter and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
