  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss chicken, pineapple, and bell peppers with teriyaki sauce in a bowl.
  3. Divide the mixture among four large squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  4. Fold and seal the foil packets tightly to lock in the juices.
  5. Place packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
