  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup pickle brine
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 stalks celery, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil macaroni in salted water until just shy of al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water until chilled.
  3. Whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and pickle brine in a large bowl.
  4. Fold in the cooled macaroni until evenly coated.
  5. Stir in diced pickles and celery.
  6. Fold in fresh dill and season with salt and pepper.
