- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Heat grill to medium-high (375°F to 400°F) and brush grates lightly.
- Lightly oil the grates with a paper towel dipped in olive oil using tongs.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Flip and grill another 6-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
