  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes). Stir in melted butter, salt, and gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
  2. Knead: Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for one hour or until doubled.
  3. Make Filling: Mix softened cream cheese, crushed Oreos, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
