1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon cornstarch (for thickening)

Instructions
Roll the ground meat into one-inch balls and place them in the slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, orange juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
Pour the glaze over the meatballs in the slow cooker, tossing gently to ensure all meat is coated.
Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours or on High for 3 hours.
Mix cornstarch and water in a small cup to create a slurry. Stir this into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
